Staff Biography

Jessica Abell

Jessica Abell is the Youth Minister at Church of the Holy Nativity. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Theology and a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning. She has been a youth minister for 15 years. Jessica believes that youth are full members of the church today, not just in the future, and loves to find ways to help young people live into that reality and become closer to God.

Jessica is married to Thomas Giles and lives with her husband in a loft in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago. She is a member of the Cathedral Church of St. James where she is a Chapter member and verger. Jessica also works part time in the Diocese of Chicago offices.
