The Pastoral Care Committee provide a supportive, caring ministry of Christian love to our homebound or ill members. The team is available on occasions of joy and thanksgiving, as well as times of need (sadness, sorrow, illness), offering compassionate support and a caring presence. This committee works closely with Home Communion Ministers and the Gabriel Ministry so that people receive the care they need. 

 

Volunteers provide general care in a number of ways:

 

• visiting the homebound

• providing transportation

• calling or sending a note

 

The Pastoral Care Committee also organizes several Senior Luncheons every year, celebrating and appreciating our church’s senior population.
